Pittsburgh, PA - October, 2004 - CM3 Consulting engineered and deployed a new website this summer for Smart Parts, the paintball industry's fifth largest products manufacturer. Our Chief Technology Officer, Christian Jungers, lead the project team from inception to rollout, and helped Smart Parts to maximize the potential of their new website, minimize their website costs, and exceed all of their expectations.

We're now the third most-visited web destination in our industry. Our online sales have nearly tripled. And our online catalog requests have doubled."

"I needed to create, design, and construct an international e-commerce web site from scratch and also have the ability to manage it with my existing resources," continued Rayman. “In the end, they were able to provide us with exactly what we asked for."

In addition to the redesign of the external website, another critical part of this project was developing a powerful and intuitive tool for maintaining the website. "By providing Smart Parts with a custom Content Management System, we enabled their existing staff to update the website and online store without the need for having any skills except being able to use a web browser," explained Jungers.
